PSV E HAILING

A PSV License is a type of vocational driving license which allows the holder to drive any type of vehicle used to transport paying passengers. E-hailing driver (Grab Car) are now required to get a PSV License.

• Applicant must be 21 years and above 
• Competent Driving License (CDL) class D must be valid more than one (1) year.
• Only Malaysian and Permanent Resident are eligible to apply
• Have passed the medical examination as required

• Certified Healthy: Health Evaluation Form (JPJL8A) is required to be filled.
• Medical Check-up can be done in any clinics or hospitals. Completed with original payment receipt.
• Filled JPJL8A ( Medical form )  must be submitted to SDC 10 days before your  PSV  Course.  Course cannot be scheduled without Valid documents.

Note : GDL License Must be renewed yearly with Health Evaluation Form (JPJL8) after you have Obtained your GDL license.

DRESS CODE 

For Male Candidates:-

• Collared Shirt / Collared T Shirt
• Long Pants
• Shoe (Sandals and Slippers are not allowed)
• Hat / Cap is prohibited

For Female Candidates:-

• No Revealing Attire
• Shirt / blouse must be sleeved and not too short
• Appropriate Shoe (Sandals and Slippers are not allowed)
• Skirt must be below knee level or long pants
• Hat / Cap is prohibited
